I just started using Add-Time and it has really helped organize my schedule. I also want to add my personal appointments to the same calendar, so I can see my doctor’s appointments, sales meetings, and get reminders when I need to pick-up the kids from their piano lessons? Of course, I don’t want clients to see my personal appointments. Any suggestions?

You definitely want to include your personal appointments on your business calendar because it directly affects your availability for customer appointments.

This is easy to setup! On the Services Setup Page, there is an option to make a service “private” so it won’t show up on the customer booking module, but it will appear on your daily or weekly calendar.
