Driving Under The

Influence Program

The goal of the DUI program is to reduce the number of repeat DUI offenses by people who have participated in a DUI program and to give participants the opportunity to address problems or difficulties related to their use of alcohol and other drugs.

PES offers the following state-licensed First Offender DUI Programs:

• Wet Reckless Program
• First Offender 3-Month Program
• First Offender 6-Month Program
• First Offender 9-Month Program

Each DUI Program has been designed to comply with California’s laws, regulations, and codes for First Offender DUI Programs.

The California Department of Health Care Services’ Substance Use Disorder Compliance Division: Driving-Under-the-Influence Unit licenses all DUI programs in the State of California.

Participants will attend individual sessions, education classes, and counseling groups in order to meet requirements for the above programs.
